#CMGRHangout presents: Forum Best Practices

In the past we’ve talked about several aspects of forums including the harmony of social media and community platforms, how to choose a community platform, engaging community on a platform and online community policies. Next Monday, +Patrick O’Keefe is hosting a #CMAD session on Managing an Online Community Volunteer Program as it pertains to moderators, so we won’t dig too deeply into moderation, but we will bring up several other key aspects of forum best practices including how to use automation to scale your relationship building and monitoring as well as gamification elements and other questions that come up during our discussion.
